All pieces from Design Spirit Studio are hand painted one of a kind works of art or reproductions of her original work. The designer and artist responsible for each wonderful design is Spirit Anderson. Born in Australia, her beginning years were filled with creativity and inspiration in the highly artistic beach town of Byron Bay, New South Wales, and later in the diversity of the island of Guam. She later moved to the United States. She continued traveling, spending time in Honduras and the Caribbean. Spirit is a completely self taught artist. Her many life experiences and world travels have helped shape the beauty and uniqueness of her designs. From her experiences growing up in Australia and then in the ethnic diversity of Guam to her continued travels through Central America and the Caribbean, Spirit's life experiences each help to create a completely unique perspective in all her work. Spirit now lives in McDonough, Georgia with her three children. Her chosen career has given her the opportunity to achieve her life long dream to pursue her natural artistic gift as well as being able to work from home and be with her children.
